Hi, I'm looking for a roommate to join my renewal on July 1st;

Apartment:

Available first floor Apartment in School Lane Gardens;

Roommate wanted: 2 bed 2 bath, ~1200 sq. feet

July 1st Summer move-in

First floor apartment w/ front and back patios, in house washer/dryer, electric stove, fully carpeted except for kitchen and bathrooms.

No Pets Allowed

Room for offer for potential flatmate is full bedroom w/ detached private bath.

$825/m Rent

Utilities average ~$100 per person a month

School Lane Garden Apartments in Newark, DE 19711
15 minute walk to UD campus, UD shuttle spot right in front of neighbourhood. Very close to Pomeroy Trail, 10 minute walk to Main Street. Quiet and safe area, complex is behind Newark High School and the apartment has a semi-wooded backyard.

Assigned Parking Spot to each tenant

Walking distance to the College Square shopping center and the Newark Free Library.
