Need headlight help 05 EXT

Greetings everyone. I'm actually writing this post in regards to my father's 2005 Cadillac Escalade EXT. To try to make a long story short the headlights on it are terrible. My car recently broke down and my father loaned it to me to get to and from work for a few days. I work the night shift and I noticed they were very badly positioned. He has high quality bulbs in it but the position of the headlights basically points them straight at the ground, there's maybe 15 feet of light in front of the vehicle. The high beams point about where you would expect the regular beams to go. My father's pushing 70 and he and my mother formerly lived in the city which didn't seem to be a problem but now they live out in the deep country and at night it is scary to drive with very limited visibility. I'm concerned for his safety when driving this at night. My father is a retired mechanic and I'm not an idiot when it comes to working on vehicles but we cannot for the life of us figure out how to adjust these headlights? We can't find an adjustment screw or anything suggesting a way to move them up and down. They seem to be affixed to the grill which itself has shims to position correctly. We tried removing some of the shims to tilt the grill slightly back thus raising the headlights but when we did that the grill can't be mounted properly and the hood will not shut properly. If anyone has any suggestions I would really appreciate it. My dad loves this truck, and I would like to make sure he can continue enjoying it whenever he wants. Thank you in advance everyone.

2011 starting issues troubleshooting.

I could use some help, everybody. Bought my 2011 Toyota Sequoia last October with 205,000 miles. It's a flex fuel but I only ever run gas in it. Body and interior near mint condition. Good running condition but I was moving across the country so I took it to the dealership and had a lot of work done to it including a brand new fuel pump and fuel filter installed. As well as a lot of preventative maintenance and routine scheduled maintenance. It has been flawless for 15,000 miles. Last night when I went to leave work it cranked and would not start. A couple of times it acted like it was going to but would not do it. Check my fuses everything was good, checked my relays everything was good. I could hear the fuel pump running when the key was turned forward. I had a quarter tank of gas in it. Obviously Google search told me that it was possibly the crank position sensor. Had to leave it at work and came back today to try to do some more troubleshooting. Gave it a spray of starting fluid down the yap and it immediately fired up ran for a second and then died. Gave it a bigger spray it started right up and ran smooth without any issue after that. I have started it and driven it five or six times since then with no issue. It runs smooth as silk. About 20 minutes ago I went to start it and it ran extremely rough, would not rev up, then died after about 20 seconds. I turned the key again and it started fine with absolutely no issues. Ran fine, drove fine. So it's apparently a fuel issue at start, but the pumps running fine. Just seeing if anybody has run into this before and might be able to pinpoint what it could be before I start trying to throw the parts cannon at it? Thanks in advance everyone.
