Went to use my laser after a long break due to life and water started pissing everywhere from my closed loop system. Didn't realise until water was running out the bottom of the machine. After some looking I found that the end of my tube is completely missing, no sign of the broken off part anywhere.

Any ideas why this might have happened? Was completely fine last time I used it, although that was awhile ago.

Hoping the electrics are okay once I've dried it all out, wasn't long ago I replaced the axis drivers.
