I have a shared drive and my neighbours had a trench dug without any permission, it blocks mine and my neighbours access when they carry out work on it (so poorly done the wires keep getting exposed). I raised a complaint, I sent the land registry as city fibre said they had no evidence the land was ours. They closed the case and said they have responded, no idea where the response is as I've not had an explanation. They obviously don't know what to do and hope I go away
