My six year old is about to lose her first tooth but she doesn't move it much and has had it loose for almost two weeks. She already has the new tooth growing behind the other one. She doesn't cooperate much when I try to loosen it up more and when I tell her to do it she doesn't want to. What's the most effective way to get it out?
