Alright. I've tried everything. I realize I can only study tiers above what I have unlocked...but that still doesn't work.
I bought a T7 armor from market and still can't study it.
Any tips?
So I watched an evidentiary hearing for a case in Licking County, OH this morning. Without even addressing the reason for the hearing here, the witness for the prosecutor was called to the stand by the defense, and this witness proceeded to insist (in front of the court) that the prosecutor (who's side she is supposed to be on), is a Witch (and she meant it seriously). that she does not respect the authority of the court but only the authority of god, was generally combative with the judge and the defense attorney.
It also appears she may have been leaked case specific details that she then leaked publicly before they were made public. Namely charge counts and a decision for continuance earlier this week to allow for the evidentiary hearing in question here.
I am not the victim, but just thinking about them, if this witnesses wildly inappropriate behavior causes the charges connected to her to be dropped (as I suspect they will be), would the victim even have any recourse?
This is pure curiosity as I am absolutely shocked at all this and I would HATE to see one (of several) victims in the case be stripped of their opportunity for justice because the person they trusted to come forward in the first place decided to be unhinged in court.
