Need help with salt cell

Hey all, I have a circupool core 35 and the locking ring broke last fall when I was closing up. Its now time to open and I need to seal it up without the locking ring. I tried silicone but it blew open after a few minutes. Any advice? I was thinking seal the inside part with silicone then use either JB weld or pvc glue. Thoughts? Basically just need to seal the 2 pieces together in the 4th Pic. Thanks

Coolant drain and fill

Hey all, on the weekend I did a drain and fill off my coolant. Issue is I only got just under a gallon out of it. I had it jacked up with the rear higher as I also did an oil change. For the fill it also took just under a gallon. Anyone else have this issue and how know how to drain it all?
