So … I’ve been thinking about this for a while, and I’m thinking of moving for a better shot at life. Currently I live in Dubai, and with the way things are going, a two bedroom apartment, with 1 kid can have you looking at around 20k AED depending on ur budget, but I obviously want to live comfortably, given that the apartment alone can cost 12 k depending on area. 20k is just not going to cut it in Dubai.
I’m a Bahraini citizen, and I want to know everything possible before I make my decision. How easy is it going to be to move, what challenges will I face, what risks are there. Living in a tax free country my whole life … how do taxes work in Mexico, I do plan on having a job lined up before I do the move, my lifestyle is not luxurious per say, but middle class leaning towards upper ish, how is the safety, what’s the culture like, what’s the food like, how are the people there. I have so many questions.
Tdlr: want to move to Mexico City for better life, very confused and worries since it’s a massive step.
