As I said, only been trading for 5 months, at first I only had snp500, but a couple of weeks ago I decided to try out some other stocks based on my own research. Plan to hold them for the long game, I'm striving for an 80% etf and 20% individual stocks picked based on my own research. Its was so daunting seeing red numbers and me starting to get the urge to quit after a month, but I decided to stick to my promise of 100 per month and plan to put in more while I have a summer job. Is there some advice maybe on if this is a viable split 80-20 and how to properly research stocks?
