Edit: vet could not find any microchip, but did agree with you that their weight isn’t a concern. Paper collar attached to see if it is heading home or if it is lost on campus as first feared

This cat has appeared hanging around the Peverell Halls on NTU Clifton Campus in the last 24 hours
Cat appears to be unafraid of people and is very vocal and affectionate when approached and their fur is in good condition. However they are very skinny and have clearly missed a few meals so I think this is a pet that’s gotten out and gotten lost some time in the last week
Anyone recognise them?
