Anyone know a light app that lets your cap framerates in games? I'm trying to avoid more invasive/complex stuff like RTSS and Afterburner since this is on an old laptop I use for non-gaming stuff like DJing. I'd just like to be able to cap a few games like Vampire Crawlers to 30fps to reduce power consumption and heat. It's an Intel APU (8th Gen Intel Core i5-8250U with Intel UHD Graphics 620). Kind of sad that Lossless Scaling doesn't include this functionality.

Hey guys, I've been doing some light gaming on my old Acer laptop (2018, 8th Gen i5 quad core, Intel UHD Graphics 620, 12GB ram, Windows 11) and I wanted to know if you could recommend a simple framerate counter that's not going to have any real performance impact. I use alt-R for the Nvidia display on my 5070ti desktop but I wasn't sure what was best for an old laptop like this where I just want to see how it's doing.
I'm actually shocked at how many games I play will run on it, I like some demanding AAA games but spend a lot of time with pixel art indie games as well.
