I’m trying to find a book or novel that was written around 2016. It was written by a woman and the cover had dead bodies in water. It was set in New Orleans and was about a serial killer. The book cover is similar to The Blue Silence by Tim Chapman, however it has at least two nude women on the front and the main nude woman is facing the reader and her eyes a milky white.
