Hello! I'm a month in and diretso ako sa bench after NJX. Until now wala pa din project while my peers nagkakaproject na, even the person I was slated to be endorsed with got a DN on a different project. I'm just taking trainings for now but I am not sure what else to do. I feel uncertain about my current role, should I be worried na ma-lay off? Sabi ng recruiter ko before starting na I would start with a project but pagkatapos ng NJX diretso bench and wala na balita since. I was going to be endorsed but wala pa din balita. Sabi naman in-demand yung role but ngayon I'm not confident sa current status ko. I can't afford to lose work. Should I start job hunting na or just hang on hanggang September (end of probation)?
