Data speeds absolutely throttled back while at work
I want to preface this by saying I love my plan and have zero issues outside of work.
While in my office, surrounded by my other coworkers who have perfectly fine service with their various providers(sprint, t-mobile, Verizon), my service is almost non existent. I’m talking dial up speeds. I called customer service and they acknowledged that I should have service based on the coverage map. They also pointed out that it could be because of the building I’m in. But it doesn’t explain why people around me have perfectly find service and can send texts and look up things no problem.
I was getting a bit frustrated with customer service because I felt as if I was getting the run around. Had a few instances of dropped calls and having to explain my situation multiple times. They sent me a new electronic sim to replace my current one and that still didn’t change anything.
I currently use an IPhone 13pro. Could my phone be the issue? I originally had Verizon and my service was better in my office. Just looking for some insight as I don’t really want talk to customer service again and engage with someone just reading a diagnostic prompt and waste over an hour again.
