MINT DELIEVERY IS A JOKE-YOU DONT GET THINGS ON TIME (S26)

I feel like Mint Mobile’s delivery process has become a joke.

I ordered a Galaxy S26 on May 14, and today marks 7 days since then. I still have nothing except the original email saying my order was placed. I contacted support on May 18, and they told me the phone would be delivered on May 19 or May 20. Now that date has passed, and I still have no phone, no tracking update, and no clear explanation. Now, when asked they say we also dont know our logistics is bad. lol

Been on hold w/ Phone and Chat for HOURS trying to get account number

I'm trying to get my account number to port out my phone number, but I've been on hold on the phone and waiting in the "queue" for a human agent in the app support chat for HOURS now.

MintMobileCares on twitter doesn't respond. It feels impossible to actually get my porting info at this point. Does anyone have any advice on how to get past this BS?

5G UC Icon Samsung

Hello. I'm currently using Metro and my phone will display 5G UC when on UC. Does Mint do that too on Android? I know iPhones do it.

I am using a Samsung S24 Ultra with OneUI 8.5 factory unlocked.

Mint $60 year tablet plan

How do I get someone from the fraud department to finally return my call??? I ordered my Sim last week and it showed up and I am unable to activate it because something about fraud on the account??? I've talked to a couple people via the mint app and I've called the number and left a couple messages hoping to have this resolved soon so I can get back to work. (I had to call off today because my tablet I rely on for my job I can't use because the issue I'm having with this Sim card.

All took the $60 out of my BANK account with no problem. How does a Sim have fraud attached to it simply by being delivered to my house???

Will someone PLEASE call me so I can fix this!!??

Switching with 8 months left

Bought a yearly plan. Thinking about switching service. Can get a sweet deal on a fold by switching with one of the big boys. I have 8 months left on my plan. Can anyone else use my SIM card for service or is what I paid for linked to my number and I lose it?

Ringless Voicemail Spam On Mint Mobile & Restart Visual Voicemail

I've been getting more than 25 ringless voicemails per day from a robo-caller offering AT&T discounts from (805) 637-7456. I have a split second to hit the report button and have done so multiple times. But I continue to get them.

I've tried looking it up on Visual Voicemail to at least avoid having to hear it. But it looks like my Visual Voicemail stopped working in December? Any way to get that back?

No customer service rep, no phone

I don't understand. I ordered a $700 phone the other day and got confirmation that they received my payment but no shipping confirmation tracking. I don't think it was ever sent out.

When I tried to call customer service, it automatically disconnects after about a minute or two. I've also tried to get online chat help but you can't get connected to a representative, you are in an indefinite queue.

What a joke. Thanks a lot, Ryan Reynolds. Maybe I can call my credit card company and do a charge back then cancel the service through the app.

Identifying an "Underground" Purchase from years back

Long time customer here, joined in 2019.

I had purchased a water bottle or canteen via the mint mobile underground merch site, and loved it to death. Wondering what brand it is, or if I could purchase another one. I really miss it, with the wide screw top and large handle you could carry it easily with a good grip. None of that flip out mouth piece funny business.

Anyone know the product I'm talking about? I absolutely need a replacement or new one, and have been unable to find the one I had purchased about 5 or 6 years ago now.

Can't get transfer pin. what can I do in this situation?

After my phone was stolen, I immediately lost access to both my mobile number and the email account associated with my Mint Mobile account. Unfortunately, my email account requires my phone number for authentication, which means the loss of my phone also resulted in losing access to my email. This has created a serious chain reaction affecting my ability to access important accounts, communications, and services tied to my phone number.

I am still a Mint Mobile customer in good standing and have since purchased a replacement phone with a new carrier. However, Mint Mobile has repeatedly refused to provide the transfer PIN necessary to port my number, claiming they cannot verify my identity.

The issue is that Mint Mobile’s verification system relies heavily on access to the same phone number and email account that were compromised when my phone was stolen. I have contacted customer support multiple times and attempted to work through their recovery process, but the available methods appear designed in a way that leaves legitimate customers with no meaningful path to recover their own number after theft or loss.

This situation has caused significant disruption and stress. My phone number is connected to personal accounts, financial services, authentication systems, and important communications. Losing access to it has impacted my ability to securely manage my accounts and maintain continuity in my daily life. I have made repeated good-faith efforts to resolve this issue directly with Mint Mobile, but I have not been provided with a reasonable alternative verification method despite being a paying customer in good standing.

I am requesting assistance in resolving this matter and asking that Mint Mobile provide a fair and practical method to verify my identity so I can obtain my transfer PIN and transfer my phone number to my new carrier.

What is going on with my data?

I had to temporarily relocate for a job for only another month or so but I switched to the unlimited plan because I was running out of data when I first got here. I was hoping to be able to game some but even reliable streaming would be amazing at this point. Switching to the unlimited at least made the streaming sometimes work but it seems there may be caps or something? I'm only here for another month, is there some way to fix this?

No MintMobile confirmation email yet

I have not gotten a confirmation email yet for my mint mobile order. I ordered the s26 base as part of the deal since I dont have a phone at the moment. I ordered it on the 15th of may Friday, ever since its just been radio silence.

I wanna know what my options are at this moment and what to do as I even talked to the agents on the website but every time its the same thing, "orders take up to 48 hours to process." Problem is its been more than 48 hours and im still waiting on the confirmation email.

I have no idea what to do now and I need a new phone really quick.

Frustrated by Mint Mobile's shipping

First off, let me say that I've noticed people having issues with some of their phone orders because the website shows they're out of stock, but this is not the case for me.

On Saturday, I opted to take advantage of the Pixel 10 offer. I placed the order and got an E-mail stating I would receive tracking information within 24-48 hours.

By Monday, nothing had come. No biggy, I thought, they probably don't ship on weekends. I went ahead and reached out just to make sure everything was all good, and they told me I should receive the phone by Wednesday.

Well, yesterday evening, since I still hadn't received a tracking number, I was like, ok, clearly I'm not receiving this tomorrow, so I decided to check in one more time.

The rep on the phone assures me that my order is still in progress, and to wait until the end of day yesterday for the tracking number. If I still haven't received it, to call back today and they'll cancel my order.

I'd really not like to have to do that, as this really is a good deal, but I keep getting told different things and it's starting to leave a bad taste.

Also getting the run around -- S26 stock

I've talked with multiple human agents at Mint and was assured my S26 would be shipping, even by a supervisor.

Just called again asking why it still hasn't and why all the S26s are now taken down on the sales page, and he did confirm they are out of stock.

I can wait until Sunday when they might be restocked or just cancel. Very frustrating as a new customer, looking for the phone and service elsewhere.

Getting the run around with Mint Mobile

I'm hoping someone here can help me. I've tried calling Mint Mobile multiple times to no avail.

I have an iPhone, my wife has a Galaxy S22 Ultra. We both have Mint Mobile. My phone works fine, hers does not (most of the time).

I have called Mint Mobile. They first indicated that it was a tower issue. One month later, I called back and they led me through a lot of troubleshooting steps to no avail, including replacing the eSIM for a physical SIM, stating an issue with the eSIM. This did not help.

Mint then reiterated that it was a tower issue. I spoke with a phone repair shop regarding the phone and they weren't able to find any issues with the phone. Additionally, they confirmed that it's likely a tower issue. I mentioned that it's weird that my iPhone still works, but according to the repair shop, it's not that uncommon for iPhones and Androids to interact differently with service.

My wife's phone worked fine for years, and now all of a sudden cannot catch service outside of the city limits. It's been this way since January. When I call Mint Mobile, they just reiterate that it's a tower issue and they are working on it (since February).

I'm at a loss. The phone works. It even works using Mint's service, although to a much lesser degree than before. I tried following the wiki troubleshooting guide, but that didn't help either.

Has anyone else experienced this? Does anyone have any advice?

No service suddenly

Been on mint since 2021? 2022? I forget. A long time, I love it and recommend it to everyone.

I’ll preface this with “I am dumb with phones” so this could just be idk a downed tower or something. But the past two weeks, I have no service at work. And it’s weird because I have 2-3 bars and everything lines up like I SHOULD have service but texts stop sending, I can’t load any browser pages, etc. Absolutely zero issues before this just randomly happened 2 weeks ago. Same amount of bars but could receive calls and the rest (now I just get notice that I have a voicemail but the phone never rings).

I’m in western CT, and I have an iPhone 14 Pro. Mostly concerned about safety because I can’t reach anyone nor can they reach me for 9 hours of the day. There are a few surrounding towns I’ve noticed have gone SOS when it previously worked as well, again same timeframe. Anyone else have issues in CT?

Cannot pay for my renewal on any platform with any payment method

I've had mint for a year and have had a good experience overall, but now that it's time for my renewal I cannot pay for it. The app says every card I use is declined by my financial institution, and it declines on browser on both Chrome and Safari as well. I've double checked that my billing address is updated and the same. What gives?

Account suspended due to “fraud” and now overseas with no data or way to contact Mint

I’m in the Middle East for work. I had a 10 day Minternational plan that just expired as I mistakenly thought I had an additional day (hour differences).

I open my phone yesterday morning to no service/data. I try to check my plan or activate a new one but cannot send or receive texts. I cannot login on my PC bc I can’t get the verification code via text. After speaking with a rep over chat I find that as soon as my minternational plan expired my account was suspended and i need to speak with the fraud department. But my WiFi calling isn’t working and I can’t use my phone…

The rep I spoke with suggested using the app “TalkNow” or Skype. I downloaded them and TalkNow only works in US and Canada and Skype no longer exists… I reached out to Alex on here and their only advice was to use someone else’s phone…

I am alone and stuck in the Middle East with no way of communicating with Mint… like what is happening? I had an international pass that ran out and all of a sudden I’m in another country -must be fraudulent!

I regret ever getting this service. Too bad I paid a year up front.

Switching from Mint to Red Pocket

After several years of acceptable service from Mint, I'm in the process of switching from Mint to Red Pocket (going from $180 per year to $100), plus you get to decide which major carrier you want to use. For my neighborhood AT&T is a hair better than Verizon and TMobile just plain sucks (just another reason to switch)

Anyone else have experience with Red Pocket?
