Why can my iPhone have 5G & 5GUW, with 500mb+ download speeds at my home address, yet Visible (and Verizon) continue to say Home Internet isn’t available to me? The rep even escalated it to a more technical group who told them I’m still not eligible at my address.
I’m posting this because I’m looking for anyone with knowledge who can educate me. Is it because the towers around me aren’t suited for the additional data bandwidth yet? Is it because the coverage maps are invalid?
Mods, I’ll delete this, if need be. There’s a lot of posts about Home Internet, but they don’t directly address this one question and I know many people are affected.
EDIT: I appreciate the answers. Hopefully others who run into this overtime won’t have to go through comments on random posts to get an answer. (I mean, it would also be nice if Visible stated something more than ‘you’re just not eligible.’)
