Im a 20 year old guy studying aerospace engineering and I really enjoy my studies but I am worried about a burnout.

I recently decided to get more health conscious and just out of curiosity I decided to check my stress history throughout the school year and its astronomically high. My watch(galaxy watch 7) says my low stress and relaxed state on average make up <10% of the time I wear my watch(about 7am-9pm) with high stress and medium amounts of stress often being <90% of the day. There have been a few days where, according to my watch, high and moderate stress made up 100% of my day from 7am-9pm. I always knew I had a lot of stress but I never thought it would be this bad.

Even though i really enjoy my studies, I know this is bad for me. What tips for stress management helped other students?
