I had ordered several replacement clean cartridges last week and then a few days ago it suddenly told me the cartridge was full. It’s been 3 days where it can’t enter moisturizing status. The cartridges are supposed to arrive today but are still showing a state away… am I screwed?

Perhaps it's because I'm a Mac user? I don't understand why the software is so bad. It crashes a lot and anytime I move artwork around the document it automatically enlarges to the full size of the snapshot.

Why!?

I'm a professional in the design world, I use lots of software, so perhaps my expectations of this software are too high?
