Early adopter of the Lymow One Plus, and I'm regretting my decision. 😕 I've owned 4 robotic mowers over 10 years, so I'm comparing Lymow with other brands in the industry with my feedback below.
The main issue: My yard hasn't been mowed for about 2 weeks due to the mower deck height glitch. Sure, it'll go drive across the yard but no grass is cut because the mower deck won't go lower than 90mm. Did the battery pull method power on/off method, tried physically adjusting the wheels, basically any recommended solution from the reddit community I could find.
Been going back and forth with support (also for 2 weeks) and they take 1-2 days just to reply to an email, and even then they don't solve the problem. It's either an AI generated reply that isn't relevant to the issue or they ask me to return it ("use the return label") but fail to actually provide a return label. Now they want a $500 deposit to send me a replacement "due to new internal policies", but offer no method of submitting said deposit. I thought I had a warranty?
At this point I'm sure my HOA will send me a $$ fine for not mowing the yard. The irony is thick.
Anyone else experiencing the pain of Lymow support? Any ideas?
