Hello nds redditors I have an og fat ds that is in pretty good condition…

But the cartridge slot sounds scratchy everytime I pop a game in and out… and sometimes I feel like there is a little friction when I pop it out

All my games read perfectly though

Is this okay? Is it going to scratch my game pin? Will it affect the lifespan of my Ds? Or is it going to be okay? Thanks for the help
