Not much surprises for me, what I observe is that I tend to rate albums I am very familiar with easy with 4 and 5s, genres and styles which are not for me are usually getting 1 and 2 with exception of OutKast as I would not predict upfront that I would give 3 to a hiphop album. Most albums that are new to me and I think are ok get most often a 3. In general I really like the project but sometimes it is torturing me (like today’s Beyonce album)

So I am 15 days in and I love the surprise every morning what to listen! Only 1 reallly "bad" one for me . That DJ album (which some might think its fabulous but it just cut and paste of samples...) . Unfortunately I could not reduce the zoom on my laptop more to show all ratings and the full artworks. Ordered with newest on top. (Day 16 is another 5 star for me : Blonde on Blonde). Many very familiair albums in this batch, only one I really never heard of (Machito) and some I was aware of that it exist but never heard (DJ Shadow, Nilsson, Ghosteen). Several I have on vinyl or cd. I even started to track an excel sheet with additional flags (in collection, what medium, on vinyl wishlist etc. Not sure if that is autistic but nevermind :)

Hi all, I just discovered this yesterday late in the evening, as I was looking for the book editions to maybe ask for my birthday. So I took the jump knowing it will be impossible in my busy life to listen and rate an album every day. I kicked of with a fantastic 1st album (no screenshot unfortunately and cannot recreate). Now I need a physical copy of it 😊. Without time to re-listen number two already was presented to me when I woke up, another timeless classic. This will be a fun ride.
