Help me commit or tell me to move on…2022 x7 m50i

2022 BMW X7 m50i in Dravit Grey with Tartufo Brown.

So….been looking for this spec for an about a month now. I want the 19-22 x7 front end and don’t want the redesign. Looking for this color in a 22 is tough, it was an added option that year and there aren’t a lot out there.

With that being said, car is a one owner, maintained well, all service done at BMW dealership. Being sold by a Jaguar dealership. Doesn’t look like any fluids were changed at the 60,000 mile mark which is a concern for me (transfer case, diff)But recommended service at 30k, super meticulous Carfax/ service record for life of vehicle. Someone took car of this car. Car was even regularly detailed when serviced. Tires were done recently. Brakes were done at 60k, car is CLEAN. Serviced well at 90k replaced plugs too.

Now….heres the thing, and if you’ve read this far your probably like, ok what’s wrong with her?…..

92k on the dash!

Someone did a lot of driving. I got the info from the original dealership that serviced the vehicle, got in touch with the original owner, and they explained long commute highway driving daily user.

Other work that was done throughout its life, work on AC, two rotors when the brakes were done, and a door lock.

Dealer is asking $36k for car, good deal according to kbb, but I want to get her for $34.5k which would be “great deal”

This is the exact spec I’m looking for, literally everything, even down to the rims and hitch. And interior wood grain. The car is for my wife, but I’ll drive it as well. We put about 5-6k on our current family car per year (2022 telluride sx prestige). Tell me what you think you, what’s your gut saying?

And I know what a lot of you will say, get an extended coverage policy, transfer case could go, air suspension is a problem when it gets older brittle lines will fail, turbos….Take a look at the pictures, and you tell me what you think. Or tell me your horror stories and convince me, Or tell me your love stories and convince me the other way.

Thank!

Update:

Haven’t made up mind either way yet but you all have been super helpful, really appreciate it!

Got a follow up from the bmw dealership that serviced the car throughout its life, ac evaporator was leaking at 65k! they replaced it at that time and no other record of issues I can find.

Got more info from selling dealership, Tires on car are BRAND new and rear rotors and brakes were replaced by the dealership selling the vehicle.

Noted on pre-sale inspection: “oil seep found on intake, no correction needed” ….AI says could be nothing or could be something, what are your thoughts? Certainly seems like a concern to me.

My thoughts, and again, haven’t committed to buying or walking at this point, still in the homework phase. Dealership okayed the PPI, haven’t talked price yet, but thinking about asking dealership selling vehicle if they would be willing to service transfer case fluid and diff fluids front and rear free of charge. It is a jaguar dealership affiliated with the bmw dealership that it was originally serviced at. Is this a good idea? Or don’t trust a jaguar dealership? Otherwise this gives me some pull to ask for discount on asking price to account for this service that needs to be done.

Anything else I’m missing or should be aware of? Thanks again for all the help!

What kind of berries? HELP! My children keep trying to eat them but not sure they are edible.

As the post says, just looking to identify the berries in my back yard. This bush was already here when we moved in.

Looks to more than one type of tree/bush, any help is appreciated!
