Hello everyone I was just wondering after I bought my laptop(from a reseller no box no receipt but for very cheap) the 5070ti 255hx but idk if it’s from the reseller or me that I think the laptop have a maleware and keep restarting like 40% of the time when I press the omen key and some of my social account got hacked I think due to I tried to install ps for free should I reinstall win since I saw a lot of ppl saying that’s the first thing you should do when getting a new laptop even from the hp itself and if you do have any recommendations I would appreciate it as I’m new to the gaming laptop and don’t want it to lag or crash coz this happens which is odd as I didn’t expect a high end laptop be laggy even in windows explorer or anything
