Hi first time posting here, I’ve been playing since apex first came out. I stopped playing a few years ago and I recently started playing again. I noticed that my account level got reset which would isn’t the end of the world but ALL MY SKINS ARE GONE!! I’m not sure what to do. I’ve played for so long and spent so much money on this game. It feels disheartening that everything is gone and I have no clue what to do now. EA hasn’t given me any help so I’m taking a shot in the dark and hoping maybe someone had the same problem resolved?
