i don’t understand why the warp dancer gets a 40 second cooldown when all it does is provides a 20% slow and SLIGHTLY boosts dmg mitigation chance+strength. i feel like it should’ve been the iconic over the falcon cause at least this way it’d have a (albeit niche) usage for stopping time to deflect bullets and use the increased mitigation for being stealthy. rn it just seems to be, from what i understand, completely useless.

does anyone know any good uses for it? i just dont see the reason for nerfing it as much as they did
