Hey all. My husband is in the armed forces and we hired a consultant to do my spouse visa. I think she did just the normal one and not the armed forces one and now she’s not answering our messages and trying to help us after we paid. We’re trying to get a refund for the surcharge and it’s asking us to sign in to cancel. She has the information and said she doesn’t see a canceled button since we only paid the surcharge and wasn’t actually on the part to pay the application self. We have no idea what to do to try to get the refund for the surcharge to start the process again. I was told that when we abandon the application the money will come back to our account. Is that true ? Does anybody know what I can do?
