Found it at the goodwill today, first le creuset!

First time smoking a brisket in an actual smoker, a few days ago i saw heb had prime brisket for 3.99 so i couldnt pass the deal and im glad.

This was smoked at 275 for 4 hrs, then 225 for 5 hrs, then wrapped in foil and again 275 until probe tender 🔥
