Hello Bose Community,

I owned this Bose Soundlink II for years and it has become a loyal friend. For some time now, the charging does not work. After plugging it in, the charging symbol blinks green, then changes to red and flashes continously.

If anyone knows this problem or could make a suggestion on how to fix, I would be very thankful. The charging cable is not original (see photo) but worked seemlessly for a long time.
