Am I crazy or does she like me?

I've made eye contact with my crush lots of times in different situations, and I've gotten to the point where I think she might at least have a feeling I like her because of how much we've made eye contact (for clarification, we do talk occasionally, we're definitely not strangers but we don't talk constantly either). The other day we were sitting next to each other during a class related discussion and she put her chair closer to mine than anyone else's chairs were to each other. Then eventually she scooted her chair even closer, only inches from mine. So to see what happened I moved my legs a bit closer to her feet (which were already in my direction) so they were almost touching. Neither of us moved at all, and we both seemed quite comfortable despite the fact that our legs were like an inch from each other.

Earlier the same morning, when I first came into the classroom, she was hardly visible behind her friend who was at the same table, but I could see that she was watching me as I walked into the classroom.

And then a couple days later, when she was talking to our professor she glanced sideways at me through the corner of her eyes 3 times in a row. I wasn't doing anything that should catch her attention when she's talking to the professor so why would she keep looking at me?

Someone pls answer I need to know if any of this is a sign

Is it a bad idea to ask out my crush if I'm not sure if she's interested?

My crush has done numerous subtle things which have made me wonder if she likes me back, but I could also be overthinking. We do know each other and talk sometimes, but not as much as we did when we first met at the start of the semester because she has a lot of friends and is usually with them (and I'm quite shy). At this point I have no idea if she likes me, maybe I was reading too much into it, but I really don't want to pass this up if there's a chance. I'm wondering if she does like me and just thinks I don't like her back since I don't talk to her much. I'm just worried about things being awkward if she says no because we're involved in a lot of the same classes and programs in college.

Is it worth taking the risk of asking her out if I don't have strong evidence that she is or isn't interested?
