Quitting no 2 weeks I’m sick of this
This is so draining. So draining. I don’t know what I’m going to do regarding my tips probably have my friend who works there pick them up but I’m going to quit abruptly tonight over text.
The thing that was keeping me here was the free therapy I got my previous therapist to affiliate with Lyra. But I don’t want to be a slave of the concept of free therapy to stay somewhere stressing me out. Anyone know any other companies that partner with Lyra tbh I am considering retail as a second job.
Im currently in hair school almost graduated and applying to salons.
I was going to keep Starbucks for the therapy regardless of getting a stylist position at a salon but I can’t do it

How can 2 people run the floor and a shift do a count during after noon rushes
I already told the district manager all my concerns
