Fly of some sort
I live in Scotland.
Found this fly near my front door and thought it was a bluebottle at first. It’s kind of fluffy and quite large and I don’t think I’ve seen one quite like it before.
I had to shoo it out the door and it refused to fly away so crawled begrudgingly instead.
