I’m a Pro subscriber and hit my upload limit earlier this month. The system put me in “slow refill” mode (1 upload every few hours).

My billing cycle renewed 3 days ago, but I’m still stuck in this slow refill mode instead of having my full monthly quota back.

Is the upload limit supposed to reset to the full amount when the billing cycle restarts, or does it stay in this slow mode forever? Has anyone had this happen?
