For reference I have a pixel 9 Pro XL.

Is anyone else experiencing audio crackling noises in playback recently (last month or so)? Seems to be worse with increased cpu usage, so I was wondering if the new av1 videos are forcing my phone to do cpu decompression. I thought originally it was limited to YouTube, but I tried in VLC (on regular h265 content) and while it's much less noticeable there, I can still cause some crackling noise when I play with the UI to stress the cpu a bit.

Then I noticed it's almost entirely gone under power saving mode, so I tried turning on the 60hz frame limit on, but that did nothing.
