Dish washer wired to load of garbage disposal receptacle?

Recently bought a condo, the dishwasher instead of having a plug has 12/2 wired to a standard one way switch inside of a 2 gang metallic box, which also has a non gfci receptacle for the garbage disposal. My question is, I’m going to replace the garbage disposal receptacle for a GFCI and preferably get rid of the switch as there’s absolutely zero need for it. Is it better to wire the dish washer to the LOAD of the GFCI? Or just splice it into the line coming into the box and have a pigtail going to the GFCI LINE? (20a breaker with 12/2 wire, 15a Leviton GFCI rated for 20a pass through). Just looked to see what the preferred method is, I’d have to assume it’s not connecting it to the load. Thanks!

Yellowish stripes after 2 coats of ceiling paint?

(Had to adjust the picture settings so it’s more visible on here, but it was easily visible with the naked eye) We recently had painters do our kitchen ceiling. After 2 coats of ceiling paint, we noticed these yellow stripes that we never had noticed prior. They had to prime with BIN and do 2 more coats and now it’s perfect. Does anyone know what would cause this? They said sometimes if it was previously popcorn ceiling (which it wasn’t) that could cause it or water leaks, but have no plumbing lines above the kitchen and our roof hasn’t leaked. We have a pop-up exhaust on the stovetop for cooking, but we don’t fry often. House is about 25 years old, original paint. The stripes run in the direction of the studs above which I’m pretty sure is exactly where all the marks are, and there is yellow insulation in the attic. They’re definitely not missed spots, I watched them roll the ceiling and the marks are too perfectly spaced to be missed spots. Could it just be moisture from humidity in the studs and it stained the ceiling? Any knowledge is appreciated!

Shouldn’t this trip the breaker?

Apparently my parents were measuring their bedroom wall this morning and the tape measure briefly slipped between the receptacle and a phone charger that wasn’t plugged completely in. They said it arced and sparked quick and there’s black all over the wall and the receptacle now, but the breaker didn’t trip? I plugged my tester in and it says it’s wired correctly. Going to swap the receptacle out now but I’m just wondering how this didn’t trip the breaker? Was it because it was likely too quick for the breaker to even react and trip?

“Jumper” ground wire between 2 light switches under same screw terminal

Recently moved and am changing out current dimmers for LED compatible. I noticed that in one of the 2 gang non-metallic boxes there’s 4 ground wires spliced together with 1 ground going through the pass thru hole to the first switch’s ground screw terminal, and then a short ground wire under the same screw going to the second switch like a jumper wire. From my understanding you can’t/shouldn’t have 2 wires under 1 screw. What’s the proper way to fix this? Just add another pigtail to the single strand wire that’s currently going to the first ground screw? Or can I just wrap the “jumper” ground around the other ground and crimp it with a copper crimp sleeve? They’re all bare copper wires.
