Returning my Jeep to Stock, or less lift? Worth it?

Hello my Jeep TJ has a bunch of mods done by a previous owner. 3-4inch lift, with the Transfer case dropped. Aftermarket bumper. Wheel spacers. 33inch wheels (though I like the rims, I cant find a matching spare)

I feel like the ride quality would be better if returned to stock or maybe less of a lift. It rides like trash right now. I feel every bump and its sketchy to drive, its all over the road.

Also the wiring under the hood is a mess too. Carfax says this Jeep has had 7 previous owners so thats not too good lol.
