98 Buick Century 3.1l

In an attempt to replace the lower intake gaskets I got stuck trying to remove the rear valve cover because there isn't enough room to get an extension or swivel on a socket on this bolt due to the stud. My attempts with a combination wrench started to strip the bolt so I tried removing the stud using two nuts but that isn't working either so im running out of ideas. Any help is very much appreciated!
