I never really went out on Victoria Day, what’s popping in these streets?? Give me the most active places

I will go to Toronto if I have to, but I want to know who’s the best at doing beards. I’m not getting my hair done, just the beard and KEEP IN MIND my style of beard is not like a full grown shaped, it’s very modern style, faded-in neatly where the front is more pronounced almost like a glorified stubble goatee. But there’s something about that fade on the beard.. omg it just looks too good. So whoever’s the best at that style I will go in a heartbeat tomorrow. Cheers!
