I flew on Friday May 15 from Heathrow , and unfortunately I was affected by the baggage issue. My baggage contains a wedding dress for this Saturday! Can anyone help me in any way?
It's been 72h since I landed and filled out the delayed baggage report. WorldTracker still says "searching for your baggage". I managed to get hold of a customer representative who didn't have any concrete update other than that things are moving and they're dealing with 100s (not 1000s) of bags in the backlog.
