Has anyone here tried Zoryve for HS? Went down a research rabbit hole and found something interesting

So I also have seb derm and was prescribed Zoryve for it. I use it here and there when I flare up and honestly I was pretty surprised by how well it worked for me. It’s been considered a game changer in seb derm area, and I am very happy i went down the rabbit hole to find about it, because i doubt any of the doctors/dermatologists would have prescribed it to me.

Now onto HS
Recently I’ve kind of self-diagnosed myself with what I think might be very early HS. Naturally I did what I always do and went down a full research rabbit hole trying to see what the current state of treatment/research looks like.

To be honest I wasn’t finding much that felt super exciting or groundbreaking, especially compared to how impressive Zoryve felt for my seb derm.

Then I randomly came across a tiny observational study/case series where they tried off-label Zoryve (roflumilast) in a few people with mild HS. I know — 3 patients = basically nothing scientifically. Not pretending this is some miracle breakthrough. But it still caught my attention because I already have the medication and the mechanism sounded interesting.

Now I’m curious:

  1. Has anyone here actually tried Zoryve for HS?
  2. Good results? Bad results? No effect?
  3. Any concerns with using it in groin areas?

Anything I’m missing before I accidentally become my own clinical trial? 😂

Just curious about experiences and thoughts because I’m seriously considering trying it.
