Wine cap looking yellow ?
I inoculated a bed with wine cap mycelium last year and the first mushroom is finally emerging! I’m concerned with the color though I have never seen ones that have such a yellow cap. Can anyone help me confirm it’s definitely a wine cap and not something else that took hold in my bed ?
