You can find the rest here. I first came upon this in 2018 and read the entire thing. Just wondering if anyone else has seen this and what you think about it. Did they really decode a message or language of another civilization? This is the first page in the pdf of such a message and the decoding techniques they used. If anybody has any other information related to this or have tried decoding things of this nature I would love to hear about it int he comments.
