I'm in Calgary and my lawn has been a disappointment the last few years. Last year specifically there were a lot of dormant patches that just never seemed to wake up, so there were a lot of green/yellow sections.

My yard has a gentle slope from south to north and gets a lot of sun.

Talk to me about dethatching/powerraking, core areation, lawnfood, overseeding and other products. Also, what about lawnservice companies like GreenDrop and Weedman?

I'd really like to make it awesome this year. thx
