I’m looking for a song I used to hear often in anime edits on Instagram, I’m sure I’ve heard it multiple times behind clips of Evangelion and Berserk so generally I would associate it with edits I’ve traumatic themes. The singer doesn’t sound like they’re saying any specific words but more like they’re wailing. It’s definitely possible they’re saying words I just don’t understand though, because it’s in anime edits I assume it might be a Japanese song.

I’m not sure how old the song is, because I’ve seen it behind the anime’s mentioned before I would associate it with late 90’s but that could just be association bias.
