i9 10850k Nvidia 3080ti

Built this pc at least 5 years ago, was getting hot, decided to finally redo the pastes. Cpu is definitely cooler, gpu i can't tell but when i hop into a game that I usually get 240fps in (static test area) i now get barely over 100fps. In Hardware monitor my temps are better, my core clocks are where they should be, utilization seems to be right as well. I have tried reseating the cpu cooler and the gpu multiple times, checking if the paste is distributed properly (they are) , using DDU for a clean driver install, I just have zero idea. Literally all i did was redo the thermal pastes
