Made this freestyle dish today.

Creamy macaroni mixed with mashed potatoes and three kinds of cheese, cooked with buttery garlic onions, cream, and spices, topped with scallion and crispy fried onions.

Ingredients:

- Macaroni

- Mashed potatoes

- Gouda, mozzarella & cheddar

- Onion and garlic fried in butter and olive oil

- Cream & crème fraîche

- Seasoned with salt, pepper, dried chives, cayenne pepper, sweet paprika, hot paprika, cumin and a little nutmeg

I’ve always wanted to make one. Today was the day.

It’s so damn good! (And cheap too.) The best part is, you can’t really overdo the spices. The more, the better!

Kartoffeln mit Rotkohl, dazu 2 Eier mit Paprika und Mais.
