Proud owner of a byd seal for 3 months and literally love the car so much and even used to recommend it to everyone in my circle
However the aftersales service is really shitty especially the customer care is the shittiest literally.Had a charger issue and i had to contact thousands of their employees coz every single one used to refer me to other one and the cycle j kept on going and most of the employees ghost you after some time.
Right now in contact w the customer care team and had to visit the karachi dealership myself but they are non consistent,ignore your calls for days,give no updates or Whatsoever and already are on a 1 week delay period and still they have no answer to the problem and apparently according to them the charger is up for software update for the past 4-5 days.These guys literally used to call me 10 times a day to persuade me to book a sealoin 7 and when i started having issues every single employee ghosted.
Paid fucking 1.5 crores for the car plus the employee attitude.
So beware if u buying their car in a city with no dealership as the customer care is literally of no use

or even range issues
If “g sir” he krna hai tou its better that they are give the customer care dept to the security guards outside their showrooms as they would be better
