Hi all, I’m looking into investing in a long-lasting vacuum that will meet multiple floor requirements. After digging around, I’m interested in a bagged, canister vacuum and am strongly considering the Miele C1 pure suction, turbo team or cat and dog.
I live in a 900 ft2 apt (will be upgrading to 1200 square feet in the fall) with vinyl plank flooring that covers most of the apt and high-pile carpet in one room. I have wool rugs that take up a good portion of the living/ dining area. I don’t have a dog but an Italian boyfriend that sheds like one (thick curly hair like wool). I’d also like attachments to get my fine blonde hair off the couch.
I’d love some opinions on the vacs I listed or any other suggestions. My price limit is $600 but am willing to save up more if there is an option that is truly BIFL. I would like to take this with me for as long as possible (with proper care of course). Thanks!
