How do I stop seeking constant reassurance? Cus no matter how much reassurance she's giving me it's still not enough for me. And I'm not able to fully trust her. Because of that my relationship is hanging on thin ice rn. I need advice to stop this habit.
My past relationship girl had a work related group with all men and she said she hated the team captain because he flirts with women even tho he's in a 4 year relationship but exactly after we ended, she got in a relationship with him 2 months later...
And my current girlfriend also got a job where a senior male offered to teach her trading classes but I'm not able to trust her fully because of my trauma with my past. And my gf said this is an opportunity from the Universe to heal my trust issues but I am not able to trust her no matter how much reassurance she's giving me.
