How do you all handle jet lag?

I'm about to fly to a two week trip to Jordan. I haven't been out of the country with a huge time difference like this since high school, when my DSPD was much less obvious. Jordan is a 10 hour time difference and I'm hoping jet lag might work in my favor for at least the first few days and I'll be awake at more appropriate hours?

How are you other DSPD folks at handling jet lag?

Georgia McCann is an Eva Victor doppleganger

Eva Victor is the writer, director, and star of one of the best films of 2025, Sorry, Baby. It's on Hulu and I highly recommend it!

As soon as I started the first episode of Next Gen Season 2, it hit me that Georgia bears a remarkable resemblance to Eva Victor. Sometimes I think people look alike when they just sound alike, but I really do think these two have similar looks, voices, and vibes.

Does anyone else see it?

How much could you really do 1-7 days after your transplant?

Hi Everyone,

I'm a 40 year old woman about to travel from the U.S. to Amman, Jordan to have FUE with Dr. Barghouthi. I've read that you should wait about a week after the treatment to take on any long, intercontinental flights. I've also read that definitely won't be up for doing anything for about three days after the treatment and should take care to avoid sun, sweat, and tight hats for a few weeks.

This does cut down on what I'll be able to do in Jordan, so I'm going to go a few days early to visit the Red Sea and Wadi Rum, but I'd love to hear from people if they were up for a few hours of indoor sightseeing in air conditioned spaces or even just eating out in restaurants in the days that followed the procedure so I'll have a better idea of what to expect.
