Access Hayward App
As this has been asked a few times, I wanted to share this app:
App Store: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/accesshayward/id542553585
Google Play: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.govoutreach.accesshayward&hl=en\_US
See trash, overflowing bins, or illegal dumping in Hayward? You can report it through this app. It only takes a couple of minutes.
My experience has been decent so far, and they usually take action within a few days.
And who knows if there are enough complaints, the city might consider stricter rules or regulations to help keep Hayward clean.
